Account & Registration

If you are a google user, you can quickly register and login using the link under the Google Connect section. Click on Create an Account under New Customers. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Email address you want to register with. Enter the password you wish to set in Password and confirm it by retyping it in Confirm Password. On Submit button click you are done.

During the registration process, you will be asked to share your limited personal information with us. This information is required to authenticate you as a valid user and helps us to service you better. This information can be accessed only by the user and the authorized dawabazzar.in team.

Your mobile number is not required for you to register on dawabazzar.in. But your mobile number will be required while you generate an order. This will help us our courrier partners to get your order delivered on time.

Cancellations & Returns

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. As far as prescription medicines and medical products are concerned due to FDA regulations these medications cannot be returned and therefore cannot be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product and the quantity being ordered is accurate.
However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify dawabazzar.in Customer Support immediately or within 24-48 hrs of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that dawabazzar.in will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24-48 hrs.

On successful approval of your order cancellation/return request you should receive your refunded money within 7 to 15 business days in your original payment method. In case of COD you needs to share your account details and we will initate the refund.

Orders

Follow the given steps to order a product on dawabazzar.in: Search for the products using the Search box available on every page of our website. Once you have found your product(s), click on it to view the product details. Then click on the Add to Cart button. You will be taken to the next level of the Shopping Cart. In case you want to continue shopping click on Continue Shopping Once you have selected your products, click on Checkout After that add your billing address and shipping address. Review the order to make sure everything is correct. Next click on Place order. Further, on order confirmation you’ll receive a SMS, mentioning your order number and other details. Please retain it for further communication.

To get a copy of your invoice for a particular order, follow the given steps: Go to My Account section Click on My Orders tab You can view and download your invoice against an order.

Go to My Account section Click on My Orders tab The status of your order will be displayed here.

Yes, the price shown is final and all-inclusive

There are multiple payment methods - Credit Card, Debit Card that can be used online. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Product & Delivery

A valid prescription has the following information:

  • Name and address of the Doctor
  • 2. Doctor’s stamp or signature
  • 3. Patient name and age
  • 4. Date of visit or date of the prescription
  • 5. Name of medicine, dosage, strength and duration for which it is required
We verify the ordered medicines against the prescription that you have shared with the order. We check that these medicines are prescribed by a qualified doctor.

A generic drug is the bio equivalent of a brand-name medication and has exactly the same efficacy, dosage, intended use, side effects, strength, route of administration, quality, risks, safety and performance characteristics as the original medication. Patents are issued for all new medications to ensure that the cost of research and development if fairly recovered by the pharmaceutical company that discovered and registeres the medication. However all patents typically expire within 15-20yrs. After that time, any genuine and certified (WHO, GMP etc) manufacturer can make the same molecule under their own name. That molecule will therefore be called Generic of the "originally" discovered and named brand. As many manufacurers are now able to produce the same molecule the price becomes competetive and hence the lower pricing to consumers.

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Most of the orders in and around Mumbai will be delivered next day. All other orders typically should reach within 3-5 business days. Please plan accordingly

You just need to sign up once and we will deliver the medicines and other products directly to you either on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, quarterly basis, you choose the frequency and we do the delivery. In addition when you sign up, you will have access to special deals and coupons towards further savings.

Products delivered by courier service through logistic partner, shipping charges of Rs. 80/-, will be charged if your total order amount is less than Rs. 1000/-

It is not mandatory for you to be present at home to sign the receipts of the delivered goods. Your representative or a family member can also sign the receipts and receive the products on your behalf. However, we will need the original prescription handed over to our courier partner for the medicines to be handed over to you or your representative.
